Staff accommodation will be developed by an extensive renovation programme of cottages within the nearby villages.

Abandoned cottages in the nearby villages will be renovated and leased from the owners on a long term basis creating an asset for the owner and a source of income.

Allowing for the integration of the Kittitian Hill staff into the local communities.
