The Cottage Hotel
The 120-room hotel is designed to look and feel like a traditional collection of Kittitian cottages, it will constantly seek to embrace the philosophy by reexamining some of the traditional hotel operations.
For example; the staff cafeteria, generally a behind the scenes affair will be made into a restaurant and located on the piazza. It will be open to the staff, guests and the public encouraging a genuine interaction between staff, guests and visitors.
One of the hotel bars will be a traditional rum shop. A cornerstone of any Caribbean community, the rum shop will be built in the piazza and operated by a local proprietor.
The Village crèche will be open to guest and staff children alike.
