All the buildings are designed and are being built using best environmental practices including; maximizing the use of local materials, use of wood from sustainable sources, the elimination of incandescent bulbs, chlorine free pools, low flow faucets/showers, insulated roofing materials and energy efficient appliances.
Kittitian Hill is embarking on EC3 Green Globe Precinct Planning & Design Standard. Developed in Australia, this Standard underpins the global affiliation, benchmarking and certification programme of Green Globe, which strives for sustainability in travel and tourism infrastructure.
