The Golf Course
The Ian Woosnam designed, championship golf course is a member of the Audubon International Signature Programme, an award winning education and certification program that integrates an ecosystems approach to construction and management; and provides environmental education to those that live, work and recreate in the community.
A natural resource management plan is currently being developed to enhance the valuable natural assets and wildlife habitats that golf courses provide, improve efficiency, and minimize potentially harmful impacts of golf operations.
For example, all wastewater from the community will be collected, treated and used to irrigate the golf course through a focused irrigation system.
